When INTERVOLGA changed the design of the online store “Dobraya Apteka” , the increase in convenience and speed of work in the new interface was achieved not only due to the change in user scenarios. Technical development and optimization played an important role, including the implementation of the order page as a single-page application (SPA). At Steel Radar, one of the “non-designer” improvements was the reworking of filters (geo, nomenclature, traders), which removed the routine of searching and selecting the best offers from the purchasing manager.

When and why a redesign is needed
