What do I pay for shipping costs?

Post by surovy113 »

Normally your goods are shipped the same or next working day from eButiken.se. Sometimes the item you ordered may be out of stock. You will then be notified and given a preliminary delivery date. If you have ordered several items, you can decide whether you want to wait and receive all the items at the same time or to receive those that are in stock. Our carrier is Posten.

When ordering via the eButiken.se webshop, we charge a unit shipping fee of 69:- excluding VAT per order on the first delivery. This applies to delivery with Posten's Business Package 4:00 PM. Any remaining orders are delivered free of shipping, with the delivery method eButiken.se chooses, normally Posten's Business Package 4:00 PM.

Please note that the above only applies to the actual shipping charge. Other fees, such as cash on gambling database delivery, express surcharges or similar, always apply.

Can I order to other countries?

When importing to another country, it is your responsibility as a customer to inform yourself about local regulations in your country of residence. Any taxes and customs fees that are added must be paid by you yourself. Some countries have censorship rules and laws for certain material, which it is your responsibility as a customer to be informed about. eButiken.se does not replace goods that have been seized due to censorship rules or other legislation.

What are the warranty terms?

eButiken.se provides at least one year of warranty against manufacturing and material defects on all new goods. A three-month warranty is provided on reconditioned goods. The warranty applies if any item breaks during normal use. The warranty applies from the date of purchase and includes repair of manufacturing and material defects. The invoice, payment reference or receipt that is part of the delivery serves as proof of warranty and must be kept by the customer throughout the warranty period and presented in the event of a warranty claim.
