Select the Administrator section and select Event, then click Create Event.
Enter a name for your event in the Special Event Name field .
In the Matching Conditions field , under Value, enter the exact name of an existing GA4 event with the same conditions as your event and click Add Condition . You can also set up custom events if you can't find a matching event;
Enter the appropriate settings;
Click the Create button .
Once you have created your event, you need to mark it as a conversion. To do this, go to Conversion in the admin menu. Click New Conversion Event , enter the name of the event you just created, and Save.
