Auto-optimization – It's that easy in the E-Marketing Manager

1. Basic requirement: You have an email archive.

For the auto-optimization, you need an email archive to which the mailings to be tested are assigned. If you don't have an archive yet, you can easily create one in the "Mailing" section under the "Archive" menu item: enter a name and description - done.

2. Create test mailings:

Proceed as usual and create a mailing with all the data you need. In the "General Settings" area, assign the mailing to an archive. Then create at least a second mailing that differs from the first mailing only in the point you want to test. Up to five mailings can be tested against each other.

3. Create new auto-optimization:

To do this, open the selected archive and click on the “Auto-Optimization” tab. You can then create a new auto-optimization using the “New” button.

4. Define framework parameters for auto-optimization:

In the input mask, enter a name and a description. Select a mailing list, a target group and the decision criterion (open rate, click rate or sales) for the test. The decision criterion triggers the more successful version at the time of the final dispatch. In the example of the open rate, the version with more openings would go to the remaining distribution list.

If you also specify a threshold for the decision criterion, the mailing will be sent to the rest as soon as it reaches the value. If the threshold has not been reached before the set sending time, the normal auto-optimization takes effect.

5. Assign emails to auto-optimization:

Using the list split, you can set how large the test oman phone number data groups and the remaining distribution list should be and assign the mailings.

6. Save settings:

You can now save the selected settings. However, the auto-optimization is not yet active.

7. Schedule and activate shipping time:

Now set the dispatch time for the two test mailings and the final dispatch. Click on the "Schedule" button to activate the auto-optimization for dispatch.

Tip: We recommend that you choose a sufficient interval between the test shipment and the final shipment so that meaningful data can be generated - 24 hours later is optimal.
8. Sit back and wait:

Your recipients will show you which version works better. This version will be automatically sent to the rest of the mailing list at the selected delivery time.
