The heating power should not exceed 90 degrees.
Ventilation requirements:
the kitchen and bathrooms must have separate ventilation systems;
bedrooms must be equipped with a regular usa mobile database system (windows, window valves, etc.);
It is not possible to combine ventilation of bedrooms and common living rooms with the systems of other utility rooms in the house.

all living spaces must have access to natural light;
Artificial lighting in rooms should not be less than 20 lux at floor level.
In addition, separate sanitary standards have been established for the construction of a private home with regard to electromagnetic radiation, noise and vibration, etc.
A residential building must be connected either to central communications systems or have its own autonomous system of utility networks. When connecting to central systems, the developer is relieved of responsibility for the correctness of the networks. The suppliers who carry out the connection are responsible for this. But when arranging an autonomous utility network, it is necessary to follow certain rules.
