Advantages for finishing concrete floors

Advice: the optimal method for applying enamel is two-layer. Apply a thin layer, let it dry for 24 hours, apply a second layer.

Advantages/Disadvantages
Aesthetic appearance from the use of enamel

(and other concrete structures):

the composition can be used with dry/fresh concrete, depending on the circumstances;
adhesive properties;
high level of waterproofing;
resistance to acids, alkalis, saline solutions, fuels and lubricants;
eco-safety;
the coating does not lose its viber data aesthetic function (does not turn yellow, does not crumble);
no corrosion problems;
resistance to atmospheric fluctuations;
water-repellent properties;
high drying speed;
speed, ease of use.
Finishing work can be done using a brush, roller or sprayer. In some cases, one layer will be enough. A thin layer of enamel dries for 14 hours (depending on the surface).

Flaws:

Two-component. In some cases, mixing paint with additional agents is inconvenient and labor-intensive.
