Electronic Order – NSO : what are the objectives of this important project and what are its functions? We will clarify it in this post.

The purchase order (also called ODA) is one of the fundamental documents in the process of purchasing goods and services. It is issued by the Customer and addressed to the Supplier. In the context of the Public Administration it is a "critical" document, because it represents the first formalization of a transaction between customers (the PA) and its suppliers and above all it also triggers a process of public spending.

On January 1, 2021, the obligation for National Health Service entities to issue bahamas phone data orders exclusively in electronic format to their suppliers for the purchase of services will come into force. We remind you that, starting from February 1, 2020, the obligation to issue electronic orders for the purchase of goods is already in force.

The 2018 Budget Law (Law 27 December 2017, n.205) in addition to the obligation of Electronic Invoicing has also introduced the obligation, for all other Public Administrations, to issue purchase orders in exclusively electronic format, "in order to encourage the efficiency and transparency of the Public Administration procurement system ". The same law has also established that the transmission of the aforementioned documents must take place "through the management system made available by the Ministry of Economy and Finance - Department of the General Accounting Office of the State ".
