Then enter the positions or specific participants who can be involved in solving the main tasks into the table. There are no restrictions on the number of events or employees for the RACI matrix. At the same time, do not create huge forms that are larger than 10 X 10 fields. It is better to enlarge individual tasks and reduce the number of participants in the process of implementing the strategic goal.

After this, you need to write down the level and type of responsibility of each team member involved in solving the task. The appeal of the RACI matrix is the expanded list of responsibility options, which ensures good project management.

It is wise to start with the symbol "A". This indicates the sole owner of a particular process who is responsible for the task (process owner).

Next, we add the symbol "R" - the teacher database performers who are assigned the work related to the planned tasks. For large volumes of events, there may be several. A comprehensive solution to the problem involves the involvement of many performers.

The next character is "C". This role requires a selective approach. Too many consultants create bureaucratic problems in the process. The purpose of the RACI matrix is to stimulate action, not to increase the amount of discussion.

The final symbol "I" refers to the least important participants in the process. Most often, they are informed via e-mail or during the process of updating the matrix statuses.

If a team member is not involved in a specific task, it is useful to introduce the symbol "O" (Out of the Loop). If you do not use such a letter, the field for this participant should be left blank.

It is important that the RACI matrix is not prescriptive. The manager's task is to integrate employees and departments and then manage them to achieve the project's goals. The participation of team members in the process of forming the matrix increases the discipline of performers and their loyalty to strategic plans.

At the initial stage, it is necessary for the participants to fill out the matrix table individually. This step will prevent the pressure that arises when making group decisions and will provide an opportunity to analyze the opinions of all team members. Here, different points of view will appear regarding the distribution of roles and especially regarding the performers and responsible persons.

The next step is to integrate the opinions of all team members into one table form. Here, situations are possible when different roles are indicated in one field (since they were defined by different participants). After this, all disagreements should be discussed in the group. It is necessary to consider the reasons for the discrepancies that have arisen and discuss how such differences affect the planned result.
