Shopify does it again! And at Webmefy, we couldn't be happier with all these new features to integrate into our clients' businesses.
As we know, Shopify is constantly innovating, improving its features to optimize commerce. Its goal is to help brands stay relevant to their customers, creating exceptional shopping experiences. As every semester, this time, Shopify launches "editions summer 24" with more than 150 new features, designed to offer a unified commerce . These improvements allow a seamless integration of the different sales channels, providing a complete vision of the business and facilitating strategic decision-making for continued growth. In this edition, key workflows and infrastructure have been unified across the Shopify platform.

Shopify continues to bet heavily on international sales and, in this edition, brings new functionalities with the new Markets (pending launch) that will allow you to expand your business in B2B, retail and regions, and customize the customer experience for each one.

Once Markets launches in a few months, you won’t need to opt in—you’ll simply be able to access all of your markets from the Markets interface. In addition to bundling all of your expansion activities, Markets will add new features to Shopify’s international, retail, and B2B solutions:
International sales with Markets
Markets will be in Shopify’s main navigation and will make it easy to see the customizations made for each market. You’ll be able to create submarkets, such as having a European market and customize specifically for any country. Managed Markets, available for US stores, simplifies international selling by managing payments, customs, tariffs, and more.
Retail sales with Markets
Markets will allow brands with Shopify POS to manage pricing and listings for multiple brick-and-mortar locations from a single store. You’ll also be able to customize the POS smart grid by market, making it easier to manage locations across different countries.
