enClave de Personas , the talent and leadership think tank made up of 23 Human Resources executives from the country's main companies, together with Shakers , are making public the development of the most extensive report carried out in Spain on flexibility at work , which began more than 6 months ago.
This project, which is now entering the sample collection phase , is focused on demystifying common beliefs about labour flexibility and aims to mobilise knowledge and ideas and make concrete, disruptive and innovative proposals to support the growth of the competitiveness of the Spanish business community.
Current context in Spain regarding teleworking and flexibility
The idea for the report was born from an indisputable socio-economic moment: if the pandemic brought about mandatory teleworking, the post-pandemic world has brought many unknowns about malaysia number dataset or not we should return to the office and about which system is the most suitable for companies and employees .
Living in a desired balance, being able to increase productivity, creating a strong work culture and attracting talent are issues of great importance for the coming years.
If companies want to grow more and better, they must begin by being clear about the scenario from which we are starting and make the most appropriate decisions to navigate the transition of the labor system.
Why is this report key?
The report aims to obtain a broad and representative sample of the Spanish business community in order to ensure a complete overview of employment prospects and practices in Spain:
“We were aware that only by gathering diverse opinions and practices would we be able to respond to the great challenge we have ahead: the transformation of the work system and how companies can navigate it to create and maintain the best work teams ,” explains Nico de Luis, COO of Shakers.
Over the coming months, this alliance will address key issues for all Spanish companies regarding flexibility, such as its effect on productivity, culture and work-life balance , delving into the challenges of a constantly changing labour market and taking advantage of the evolution of working methods and organisational structures to enhance talent.
“It is time for collaboration in capital letters, between different companies, for the determination to take a step forward as a civil society and thus push for the updating of work models in Spain,” they emphasize from enClave de Personas.
For this reason, they encourage any Spanish company to join and collaborate to build the most complete and diverse report in Spain.
“We want more voices represented to connect them and imagine the future of work together. Ultimately, we want to use real perspectives and use the results of a thorough analysis of the data to move forward,” says Shakers.
In addition, this study will feature the collaboration of the prestigious illustrator René Merino , in order to convey, through the cartoons that characterize him, the myths and data that will be shown throughout the study.
All participating organisations will become part of a network of companies with which they will share this knowledge, experiences and good practices to reflect together on the future of work.
