And really, just like the second waves, the third waves, the government was saying to suggest that people isolate themselves, but still work remotely. I remember a period between Christmas and New Year last year, when there were some serious restrictions, I said: "Listen, during this period you can't come at all. Don't come." And I had to come here to Łódź to the notary, so I said, I'll go to the office too. And I go into this office, and I see that everyone is there. And I say: "What are you doing here? You weren't supposed to be here during this period." "No, no, we prefer to work in the office."
So it varies. When we work with large corporations, I most often hear that they are still working remotely or have only been returning to some kind of hybrid office work for 2-3 months. Here, we have been in the office practically since the summer of last year.
Artur: It very much depends on the specifics of the team. We don't have that choice. Basically, we don't know what it would be like to work together. Sometimes we meet, once a day, to work together, or have some integration, israel rcs data but it's such a festive atmosphere of this meeting that it's hard to compare it to a regular day if you were working. I wonder very much how you take care of relations with clinics. Because there is a certain thing that they get as part of the subscription, there are also these free profiles that were the greatest lever of growth for you in the last year, which fits perfectly into this theoretically known, but not implemented by many marketing advice to give something first and capitalize on the foundations that you have already given away for free. So I'm also glad that you mentioned it. However, are there any other actions that you take on an ongoing basis to take care of this contact with clinics, suggest some new solutions or simply provide more value?
Marcin: There are a few elements that we do. I will expand on this a bit and then answer your question in detail.
Arthur: Sure.
Marcin: Regarding what you said, we have these free profiles and one of the elements with which we maintain relationships or build relationships with our clients is something we called 2 years ago – Kliniki.pl Rating Index. This is a system for collecting opinions about a medical facility – in my opinion the most objective in Poland today – which is based on several sources. We collect opinions from Znany Lekarz, we collect opinions from Google, from Facebook, we also have our own opinions that our patients leave. And on this basis, an overall assessment of a given medical facility is built. Based on 4 or 5 sources, because the fifth one that we have been giving to facilities since September is their website or patients who come to their facility. There is simply a source – the patients of the facility – those who came to them. They did not necessarily have to come from our website.
How to maintain relationships with clinics?
