Open WhatsApp and then go to the chat of the person you want to send the scanned document to.
Next, click on the “Document” option.
Click "Scan" from the options that appear to activate your phone's camera.
Now you can scan the document by positioning the camera brazil mobile database above it so that it detects the edges of the document correctly.
Once WhatsApp detects the document, it will highlight the edges and automatically capture the document. To scan multiple pages, keep placing them in the frame so WhatsApp can capture them.
After scanning the document, click on it in the lower left corner to view the document.
Here you can adjust its color, rotate it, crop it, delete it or rescan it. Click "Done" to close this menu.
Then click Save.
The scanned document will appear as a PDF file in WhatsApp. You can add a signature to it or send it directly to the recipient by clicking the "Send" button.
What you need to know
When using the document scanning feature in WhatsApp, make sure the document you are scanning is clear and easy to read. This will make it easier for WhatsApp to detect, scan, and convert it to PDF.
WhatsApp also allows you to combine multiple scanned pages into a single digital document, and all scanned documents are protected by the platform's end-to-end encryption.
