Barely having arrived in the "Digital first", the media find themselves facing the "Virtual first". With TV shows transformed into Instagram Direct, Facebook or Twitch Live and journalists in duplex from their ios database living room, the teams adapt to the disruption of the world and the reductions in staff and resources, while maintaining the " continuity of production ".

Creativity is born from constraint and has given rise to new formats, lighter, more spontaneous, and above all more interactive .

To cope with the crisis, the media quickly understood the importance of exchanging information and best practices, and even content. On the Human Resources side , it was necessary to adapt very quickly: teams that never meet again, teleworking for (almost) everyone overnight - Zoom, Meet and Teams are the new meeting rooms. Distancing rules imposed in reporting, remote video editing via the cloud and virtual machines, pooling of teams, operations and sets are shaking up the working habits of television journalism. Foreign correspondents are blocked by the closure of borders, but this also allows us to offer a perspective, the opening to the international becoming the mirror of our own experiences.
