Another simpler CRM for small businesses called Bigin

Post by monira#$1244 »

Zoho is a global SaaS company headquartered in Chennai, India, with operations throughout Asia. Not only is Zoho a recognized leader in the SaaS industry, but its CRM has been adopted by over 250,000 companies worldwide. Also, while Zoho CRM is designed for large companies with endless features (many of which are too advanced for beginners), they do offer an alternative for smaller businesses called Bigin, which is also worth checking out.

advantage:

Supports 28 languages, so it can be used in all (or at least most) of your international branches
Choose a month-to-month contract, which makes it easier to quit if things don't go well
Integrates with over 250,000 businesses, making it highly trustworthy, and with many case studies available for even the most niche industries

shortcoming:

Free trial available, but only for 15 days
Advanced features and automation may be too difficult for smaller teams
Significantly higher price point and can get expensive depending on your plan and number of employees

HubSpot

HubSpot is one of the most widely integrated CRM and marketing tools in Malaysia, as the company has put a lot of effort into building partnerships with local resellers. Hubspot offers a lot of different options, from marketing automation to a CRM with sales analytics and automation, and a CMS tool for building websites.

Hubspot positions itself as offering a simple CRM, but the tool is actually designed for corporate America, where even SMEs have a strong marketing presence and high expertise. That’s why Hubspot includes a wide benin telegram number database range of features and expects users to figure out all the automations on their own, without providing one-on-one guidance. We recommend using Hubspot if you have a well-established marketing team of at least 5 people and can devote a lot of your team to setting up lead scoring and other automations. Otherwise, you’ll be paying for a lot of features that you won’t even end up using.

Pros:

Many features, integrations, and custom automations are possible if you can figure out how to set them up
shortcoming:
Not suitable for small to medium businesses, or any company with only 1 or 2 marketing staff
For the starter plan, support is only available via email - Even for the expensive plans, support is only available via phone (no 1-1 guidance with Zoom)
