Cognitive needs
Unfortunately, preschools and schools do not pay enough attention to this natural desire. Maslow believes that the satisfaction of cognitive needs, "moments of truth" - this is the highest pleasure and happiness.
Level 6. Aesthetic needs
Some people, according to the psychologist, strive to satisfy their aesthetic instinct. At the same time, this need manifests itself with different intensity in different subjects. When a person is surrounded by unattractive, scary or ugly objects, he experiences aesthetic dissatisfaction, which can lead to various disorders. To get rid of them, the most effective way would be to be involved in values that are internally close. Maslow believes that all healthy people have aesthetic needs from childhood.
To prove this part rcs database of Maslow's theory, we need to pay attention to the cultures of different nations. Each of them has a desire for beauty, for the pleasure of their senses. The need for beauty is closely connected with human cognitive abilities. Aesthetic demands are manifested in the fact that a person strives for orderliness, symmetry, a certain structure and systemicity. Excessive manifestations of these needs are a mental deviation.

I have always been concerned about the issue of moving to a fundamentally new level. So that the indicators would grow not by 2 or 3 times, but by several orders of magnitude. From a thousand visits to ten thousand or from ten thousand to a hundred thousand, if we are talking about a website, for example.
And I know that such leaps are always the result of painstaking work in five areas:
Technical condition of the site.
SEO.
Collection of site semantics.
Creating useful content.
Working on conversion.
And at the same time, every manager needs an increase in sales and the number of applications from the site at the moment.

Level 7. Need for self-actualization
This level of Maslow's pyramid is the highest in the hierarchy of human needs both in the first version, which has only five steps, and in the last one. When a person consistently goes through all the levels of the pyramid and reaches the very top, it means that he has satisfied all his needs. There is only one, the last one left - to express his creative potential. Let's say a doctor has reached the top of his career, his merits are recognized, he has a good family, an aesthetically beautiful environment, he is constantly learning new things. But the doctor loves to paint pictures, but does not do this. The desire to do what his heart desires is not satisfied, self-actualization is not realized. This need is a person's desire to be in harmony with himself, to match his nature.
Self-actualization is the desire to realize one's creative potential, originality, to show uniqueness and inimitability. Such aspiration motivates personal growth.
According to A. Maslow, a person strives for self-actualization not out of egoistic motives. Such a need is a completely humane desire to become useful to society, to make a contribution to culture in the form of a work of art, be it music or dance, a painting or a story, etc.
The need for self-actualization
With the help of self-actualization, the individual undertakes to realize his or her own potential, to become the best version of oneself. Despite the fact that the need for this is innate, a person must first pass through all the lower steps of the hierarchical pyramid. Due to the characteristics of the personality, gifted people are able to feel this higher need already at the lower steps of the pyramid. If a person is creative and talented, then the need for self-actualization can sometimes prevail over basic needs.
