Instagram makes preview of advertisements available

Instagram has shown its users how they will be able to recognize the ads and also said that they will occasionally appear for US users as early as next week.

To identify when a post (be it a video or photo) is an advertisement, simply look for the “Sponsored” button , in the space where the publication “time” normally appears. By tapping this button, the user will be able to find out more about the product or service advertised.

According to the post, published on Instagram's official blog, the company initially chose to advertise only brands that were already major members of the app; and that, if the user sees an ad that egypt number dataset interest them, they can tap the “…” button below the photo to hide it; this action is intended to help the company select, in the future, topics that are more relevant to the user.

“Our focus is to make Instagram a place where people come to connect and get inspired. This will be a big step that will help us better serve the growing global community that seeks out our social network. Even so, we intend to maintain the simplicity that you know and love ,” concludes the company, which did not disclose which companies will be the first to display its ads.
