Fix 12: Reset User Permissions
Open Command Prompt as administrator, type cdusersand press Enter.
Follow this cdusernameand press Enter again. Replace "username" with your Windows account name.
Then type icacts Documentsresettqand press Enter.
Open the Start menu, type services.mscand click Run as administrator.
Find the Remote Procedure Call RPC service, right-click kuwait telegram data on it and check if the Restart option is available. If so, click on it. If it is grayed out, it means the service is working properly.
Fix 14: Enable Safe Mode
Press and hold Shiftthe key and restart your computer to load advanced options. Or, restart your computer and F8press the key several times.
On the Advanced options screen, click Startup Settings.
On the Startup Settings page, click the Restart button. When your computer restarts, press the key F4to boot into Safe Mode. Try accessing the folder in Safe Mode.
