This can be circumvented through manual bidding, but it doesn't always work well and I would definitely try to avoid it with new campaigns in a new ad account without previous data. When setting up the interest audience, we emphasized detailed targeting, chose the age group 13-44 and focused on the specific interests of our target group.
You can't go wrong with that. Try writing them in a way that makes them different from each other so you can test more variability.

The initial results were promising. The campaigns took off without any problems. Right in the first week, we reached a great PNO of 11.7%, which was quite unexpected and surprising for me personally. We did not communicate any major incentives in the videos, only discount codes from influencers, and those were not in all the videos. So the start was very successful – we managed to reach our target group with a good message, a product, and it simply resonated.

We continued by increasing the budget (scaling the campaigns) and also by adding more creatives to the campaigns that the client sent us. The goal was to test what UGC content works best in combination with what text and targeting. It so happened that after adding these additional ads, we encountered another challenge - the ads were rejected due to the age restriction of our product category in the Czech Republic.
I definitely recommend using all 5 text boxes for TikTok ads.
