The electronic order – NSO , which we have already had the opportunity to talk about in a previous article , was one of the main innovations of 2020 in the field of public eprocurement , but it certainly cannot be said that it is a closed chapter: on the contrary, we can affirm that the road ahead is still long and full of opportunities. It can reasonably be assumed that the next steps will be the extension of the use of NSO to all Public Administrations, the digitalization of the Transport Document DDT and, in perspective, the diffusion of the use of the Order Sorting Node also to the private sector .
Over the past year, the NSO platform has been extensively tested within the australia phone data National Health Service . Starting from January 1, 2021 , its use will become even more widespread, given that the entities affiliated with the Health Service will have to use it exclusively also for the provision of services, as well as goods . The Health Sector has therefore been a sort of "training ground" for developing a tool that will then have to be put at the service of all other sectors of the Public Administration .
Even if it is not possible to give precise times for this evolution, it is still an essential path, which the Italian legislator has already foreseen , at least as far as Public Administrations are concerned, and which will certainly be completed in the coming years, once the use of NSO in the Healthcare Sector has entered into full swing. On the other hand, the numbers show that this sector and its suppliers have now become familiar with this tool: in September just gone by , 99% of electronic orders were successful and the time seems ripe to take the next step.
