If such a need arises, also make an appendix. Initially, a business plan is a document that will be read by many people involved in the project.
Here's what's typically included in an application:
the company's credit history;
information about key student database managers (briefly);
product photo;
recommendations (if any);
market analysis data;
media publications, expert opinions;
licenses, patents, permits;
legal documentation;
rental documentation (copies of contracts);
current contracts;
names of business consultants involved.
Important: Try to update the information in your business plan as needed to keep it current.

7 Common Mistakes When Writing a Business Plan
Below are the most common mistakes when drawing up business plans (even experts sometimes make them).
Design not in accordance with requirements
When you need to write a business plan not for your own use, but at the request of a bank, investors, government agencies, then be sure to find out what requirements a particular organization puts forward for the execution of this document. Otherwise, you will have to rewrite it: yours will not be accepted.
Inaccurate or completely unverified information in the document
This should not be allowed. Those who read the business plan will definitely check all the data. Embellishing the picture (in order to obtain funding) is a risky business, and if something like this is discovered, you are unlikely to get investors for your project.
An unfounded promise of fabulous profits in the shortest possible time
Even if you are ten times sure of the success of the business, still do not promise exorbitant dividends. This can only be done when your positive forecasts are supported by figures. Otherwise, the project will cause mistrust and seem divorced from reality.
The business plan is too big in volume
The optimal option is about 25-40 pages. And don't "fill in the blanks", only add useful data, especially if you are writing for investors. Let them see the essence of the matter right away.
