Regulations that govern issues of interaction between departments are drawn up separately and describe organizational issues for all subgroups. Changing them will also have effect for lower departments.
When drafting regulations, it is important to ensure their consistency and to exclude any contradictions between them. Otherwise, their application can only reduce the efficiency of work.
Most often, the regulations include the following parts:
general provisions;
terms, definitions, abbreviations;

control.

Responsibility Specialists are responsible for the proper implementation of instructions and the effectiveness of their actions. It can be disciplinary, administrative and even criminal if non-compliance with the provisions resulted in harm to human health or death. To prevent such cases, organization safety regulations are often created.
Control Either a specific person is appointed, or the position of the employee of the enterprise who must carry out the control is indicated.
The regulations have several mandatory requisites:
name of the organization;
date, number, place of preparation of the document;
approval mark;
type of document;
text;
application;
visa approvals.
The details contained in the regulations must comply with the provisions of GOST R 7.0.97-2016.
