The local legal act on regulations specifies the documents that the enterprise uses. Most often, no more than four such documents are used most actively, and they should be given special attention. The direct executor of these instructions will be much more willing to think about how to circumvent the requirements of the instructions than to comply with them, because it will only interfere with the achievement of the goals to which the document should be directed. There is no need to treat the drafting of regulations as an empty formality that has no benefit.
The code of rules does not adapt to changes
The regulations must ensure specificity, certainty of personnel functions, their control and responsibility, compliance with certain corporate standards. But it is impossible to foresee absolutely all possible situations. Some processes will always go beyond the regulations or not fully comply with them.
