A stupid and ridiculous mistake - the call tracking code on the site is incorrectly installed.

Error 4. Invalid call tracking system code
This is what happened in the case of our client. Due to a layout error made by the clinic's support, the last digit of the phone number was not displayed when replaced by the call tracking system. In such a situation, even if the call tracking system works, the company will inevitably lose calls.
Original number: +7 (495) XXX-XX-XX
call tracking changed to: +7 (495) YYY-YY-YY
It was displayed on the website as: +7 (495) YYY-
Tip: Check the accuracy of the phone numbers on the website.
